I'm sorry. I'm a sucker. But you wrote perfect Kate/Sayid sex like two days before reunion time, and that makes me want to cry. But because this was amazing-- so well done. I love how she keeps thinking of Jack and Sawyer(that parts made me cry, you know) before and during and after, and also about her new life and that old life that awaits her, which is the real life. It turns this last act of pretense into something very meaningful and it keeps the story completely in character. Because this Kate that dresses up and pretends and plays masochist games is the real Kate - and she would totally this, under the appropriate circumstances. And you painted those circumstances very appropriately.
This was perfectly done. A great, great piece of fic.
