Love this! I agree with ell; this is some of the hottest sex you've ever written. I loved how clumsy and youthful it was. All the messy details made it more realistic and that's hot. I like that Charlie gets to top Boone (Charlie doesn't top often!), but even so Boone is more sexually confident and pushy. It nicely subverts the typical rockstar/fan roles. Boone is definitely not your average groupie! I loved that Charlie nicknames him 'His Prettiness'. He sounds like royalty!

You wrote Charlie so well in his Driveshaft phase. He's such a fish out of water. He's so insecure and it's like he only goes through with the backstage sex because he's trying to keep up with Liam. You nailed Charlie's ambivilance with him imagining how many confessions it's gonna take to absolve him of his latest sins. It was so sweet of Boone to let Charlie know why he chose him over his sexy glamorous older brother. Heh, Boone likes a bit of rough! Blonde rough. But also because Charlie cares about the music. I loved the hint of folk music fan!Boone at the end and how he suggests that Charlie should become a solo acoustic musician. Boone is so right.
