I loved seeing Captain Hotness here, as much as I enjoyed seeing the seduction between Shannon and Sawyer - though it's not quite seduction, it's something else. It's a game of sorts. They know it's nothing really serious, but they seem to have fun playing their parts. And it's pretty hot for a PG-13 fic, too.

My absolute favourite part has to be where Sawyer says that he fell off the conning/flattering/flirting business with Cassidy. It's just a line, but it speaks worlds about what she meant to him and what his life could have been if only - and you can tell that even after all this time, it still hurts him to think about it.
