Wow, this was intense. I wish it had gone this way - but then poor Ian would have had to hobble around on one leg for the rest of the show and he probably wouldn't have liked that.

What I like best about this fic is how well you portray Boone's inner turmoil. His reactions are so perfectly in character and believable and to achieve that with this pretty extreme plot would not be easy. Great job!
