That was a good episode! Especially the Richard related parts of it. (I'm so predictable.)

Want as my mentor: Chalky. If he also teaches me how to be as stylish as he is, even better.
Bake cupcakes for: Richard all-the-way. And Van Alden this season. Whenever I look at his face, he's begging for cupcakes.
Lend my books to: I think Angela would have been the only viable option.
Put thumbtacks on the chair thereof: Gillian. A *lot* of thumbtacks.
Have a crush on: probably Rothstein.
Pack up and leave if they moved next door: Rosetti. Like, move first and ask questions later.
Vote for President: Rothstein/Chalky ticket, as far as I'm concerned.
Pick as my partner in a buddy movie: oh gosh, this one's hard - no one in there is *fun*. I'd probably stick with Angela.
Marry: all things considered, even with the PTSD and the killer instincts and all, I'll stick with Richard.
Want as my boss: uhm. Probably Chalky - he's the only one I can't remember killing associates.

These are brilliant choices, except I like Gillian. She is not a likeable character, but I understand why she is so fucked up, and I kind of like her wickedness.
