OMG *is flattered* wow, thank you so much! It's awesome to hear you liked this. ;)
I kinda love the idea of this pairing. I'm not much into Richard paired romantically either but those two together have some kind of rightness, or at least I think they would have that.
Much glad to know the fake death worked! Sincerely I can't buy that Jacob would be that easy to kill. Either he wanted to be killed or it was a fake because I mean, that easy? I'd be surprised if he was really dead.
Uh, ha, you got me on the part that gave me most problems. Point is, I don't think I got everything about the time-travel thing, but that line was what I ended up headdesking while writing that conversation because I think my head just can't wrap around the idea of someone dying in the seventies and being alive thirty years later. I think it's like you said and I kinda had one similar idea, but it had become too messy to explain and I couldn't find the space in this for time traveling discussion. Argh, I'll probably spend a night thinking about it and then I'll edit, thanks for pointing that out. ;)
And aw, thank you for the lovely comment re the characterization because Richard is pretty elusive and I had never written him before. And ha, well, the source material makes things hot on default but much glad you liked the kiss too. ♥ Thanks so much again!! ♥
