ugh, I'm sorry to hear about the accident! but at least he pled guilty and you don't have to worry about paying for damages or anything like that. my dad says to always carry a disposable camera in your car so you can take pictures of damages if they try to argue later, but I suppose that's not really necessary with digital phones now :)
