Christmas virtual gifts round #1 (graphics)

Here comes the first round! This post is for everyone who asked for icons/headers/various graphics et all aka zelda_zee, gottalovev, falafel_musings, thespiansparkle, ladymacbeth77 and honeypoppy0212. haldoor, I haven't forgotten you, but before I start working on what you know you're getting that famous e-mail this evening or tomorrow morning so that I can do your things in their own session. ;) Everyone else is getting fic at the next round (hoping it's sooner than later ;) ).



1. Ben icon for ladymacbeth77:



I hope it's fine, if you want anything changed I can do that. ;)

2. Header with the random landscape and Leonard Cohen lyrics for falafel_musings:



If you'd like another song better or there's anything you'd like changed I've got the psd saved.

3. Dean and Sam lovebars for gottalovev:





4. Supernatural profile banner for zelda_zee (I figured I should have your S4 favorite stuff covered):



I didn't write anything except the name but if you'd like any text or changes or whatever that can be done.

5. Sawyer and Desmond (well, Des/Penny actually) icons with Springsteen lyrics for thespiansparkle (I tried Roland but I had just a couple of DT scans which were pretty horrible to icon. I'll make up for it somewhere ;) ), with and without text in case they worked better without:

Sqqueee!! I love my header so much!

Lyrically, nothing can beat Cohen. His words fill everything with soulful elegant beauty. Lovely choice of landscape. I might need to get a new default icon, because I know one of Lunes autumn collection will match this perfectly! Hmn. I also need to remember how to put headers up on LJs!

And you're so right on Cohen. With lyrics I'm partial to Springsteen but he come soon after. I thought that song fit and glad you liked the landscape! I went with it because the color was similar to your journal's but there was this site which had a lot of cool ones I have to say.

I think you should go in the customize section, then on style and under there on images there should be the header option? I haven't put one up like that since years because I use overrides, but I think it should be there.

Uhm, I think it's the kind of layout you're using. I mean, I don't know if you can't put a header up with that, but if you go with something like flexible squares I think you could? I mean, the option I said up there at falafel's comment works only with certain schemes. I'm sure it works for Flexible Squares and maaaybe Opal or Smooth Sailing. What's the name of yours?

Ok, so with flexible squares I can get it to come up as a background, but can't figure out how to get it as just the header. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Mmh, isn't there something like header space instead of the background? Or maybe it's the template.. mmh, I'd say have a look at the template that it's here at thequillstation and see if you can find a similar one, it should be also flexible squares and it should have the header option.
