Team dear Locke, right back at YOU
1. HA, I knew he was going to turn the wheel. And I knew he was going to be a sacrifice (hey, I wrote some 2000 words of fic about it or something). I'd have liked to have someone else deliver that line especially after last week but HA. Sorry. I shouldn't be glad about it but after last week? Oh, Locke, cosmic payback right back at you.
2. 'And since when listening to Ben ever got you to accomplish something?'
Okay, I might not be Christian Shephard's biggest fangirl but this round? Oh, Christian, you were my hero. ♥ ♥ ♥ I was like 'yes, yes, yes, YES, YES, YES' at everything he said, lol.
3. Also, 'who is your son?' -> 'who is your mother?' (Des & Daniel, episode 1) anyone? Oh God, I miss the daddy issues, I miss the daddy issues.
4. Dear Locke, did I already said cosmic payback? Well, I'm saying it again. COSMIC PAYBACK. -nodnodnod-
5. Why, yes, I'm totally still angry over last week but this definitely helped me with it. *glees*

6. AWWWWWW, ROBERT AND DANIELLE. God, they were heartbreaking. Poor woman. Also, clearly in the only one drabble I had written with Danielle's POV I had her shooting Robert after he said je t'en prie. Well, fine, what else would he have said, but still. Also, Robert -> hot. Very hot. He kinda looks a bit like His Prettiness, if you ask me.
7. So that's how Montand lost his arm, huh? Did the smoke monster drug the Frenchies?
8. Poor Danielle. Seriously, poor Danielle. *sniffs*

9. Jin and Sawyer reunion -> best thing of the episode. Aw. I mean, AW. AW. AW.
10. Ouch, I don't rationally want Sawyer and Juliet to hook up but on the un-rational level I'd want to see it. Even if since it looks like they're back next week or soon I don't think there'll be the time.
11. Aw, Jin telling Locke not to bring Sun back. Considering that she's coming anyway, good job.
12. Miles -> I'm from Elvino (what was the name?), not Korea. I love that guy. I seriously do.
13. Josh Holloway seriously looks good. Uhm, and him and Jin are the only S1 people left on the island. Go you indeed.
Team oh shit, another one died?
14. Aw. I sniffed at Charlotte dying. I mean, it wasn't a surprise at all but still. And poor Daniel, he was just so devastated. Poor guy indeed. Also, did she say it was Daniel that had told her in the seventies she'd die if she came back? With that damned accent of hers I didn't get it even if I rewinded a couple of times.
15. I seriously hope they get back VERY SOON if that's what happens to everyone whose nose starts bleeding or they'll find a slaughter when they do.
Team people, Ben is one who likes semantics
16. 'John didn't come to see me, I went to see him'. *headdesk* God, dear Ben, you might have made Machiavelli happy for sure but aaaaaargh.
17. Why, why, WHY do they need to cheapen everything Jack says throwing Kate in? I mean, with all the reasons he'd have to strangle Ben, it's 'what he did to Kate' which was the only good thing Ben actually did in four seasons, for what I'm concerned? Ah well, Jack, I loves you anyway.
18. Oh wow, Yunjin Kim was ESPECIALLY good here.
19. SAYIIIIIDDDDD. Okay, he had like, three seconds but three GOOD seconds.
20. No Hurley -> fail.
Team why, she was Dan's mother? SURPRISE!!!
21. DESMOND?? Well, he HAD to turn up sooner or later, but like.. alone and like, walking easy and fine and dandy just like that and then he's 'oh, hi Jack, hi Sun, hi guy I've barely seen, are we all here for weekend at Faraday's, aye?'. I mean, Ben was the only surprised one but.. ah well. But HI DES. Pretty. Very pretty. *licks lips*
22. I can't seriously buy that only Jack, Sun, Ben and Des go back. That'd be the most unlikely combination ever, Des especially. Maybe he stays and has to convince the others? I can't see him going back like that. Not before he talks with Sayid anyway. *wants her OTP back in the same scene*
23. Uhm, Mrs. Hawking -> wtf much? What's that thing with the candles? If they're going back via something like a devil's trap on SPN I'll laugh my ass off.
24. Also, THAT ENDING? When the fuck is next week? That was completely unfair, damn it.
25. Also, Sun being like 'I've found a new friend for you in America' -> WTF? I hope it doesn't mean what it sounded like because seriously, baby stealing? If it was an Olympic discipline Lost people would own at it.
26. Uhm, guess that's all. Wait, where's Claire? Ah well, I guess they're not exactly telling that now.

Montand lost his friggin' arm! TOTAL SEASON 1 ARZT SHOUT-OUT.
Sawyer/Jin reunion was cool. Except I was almost expecting Sawyer to be season-1-Sawyer out boar-hunting or something and say "Shouldn't you be catching fish Bruce?" or something to that effect.
Miles is from Encino. They all be kickin' it snarky like that in the hood yo.
Charlotte did say it was Daniel who warned her not to come back, she wasn't sure about it but it was obviously him. But more importantly, CHARLOTTE COULDN'T HAVE CHOCOLATE BEFORE DINNER. That kind of explains EVERYTHING.
Was that Desmond and Ben's first scene together? I'm racking my brains, but I think it was.
SUN IS An AAREON 'SHIPPER. (Best name for it I could come up with.)

6 - 8: It took me like until an hour after the show (seriously) to figure out that when Jin had flashed to Danielle's group that the dead men weren't Others, but the members from her group. That scene where Robert was about to shoot her was crazy. Now we see why she killed everyone. I really wonder what happened to them in the rabbit hole!
Team OMGJINILOVEYOU I totally agree! I was like Sawyer! Jin! Yay! I died laughing when Miles said he was from Encino, even though we all knew Jin was talking to Charlotte. I just love Miles, even though we don't know much about him, but his snark is awesome.
That whole scene with Ben was just crazy, Sun with the gun, Kate in the background grabbing Aaron from crazed!Sun's car, Sayid telling everyone "peace out". When I heard the accented voice in the background when they got to Mrs. Hawking's place(?) I had no idea it was Desmond. But yeah, always so very nice to see him.
Just so much I loved about this episode. I'm either/or about Charlotte, mostly because her story seems unfinished.

I thought the young Danielle was very good. And of course it was obvious it would turn ugly the minute we saw the music box.
I loved the reunion too! It was one of the few moments of obvious male friendship in the show, and really sweet. I guess Sawyer can be considered completely tame now! (Can we pet him?)
By the way I am pretty sure Charlotte did say that it was Daniel who told her. And I wouldn't worry too much about her death if I were you: no one stays dead for long in that "place of death".
I still like Ben scheming, and I was amazed at this episode. It was one of the few true displays of emotion on his side in the car, when he yelled at Sun and Jack. I was with him on that one. I think...
And of course Sayid is great no matter what he does. I wonder how they are going to convince him... Since Mrs. Hawking said that it will have to do for now, I assume that they will probably return to the island in more groups, so Jack, Sun, Ben and Des could be just one of them.

True! But you didn't mention the SECOND best scene of the episode (imo, of course!): Ben pulls the van over and tears Jack and Kate a new asshole that they should be thanking him for what he's done for them! I LOVED that!
Speaking of the van, did anyone here notice that the name on the van is Canton Rainier? That's an anagram for something that Locke's going to have to be involved with.
