1. Happy birthday
jaydblu and
zoedriver!! :D I hope you had amazing days and that you get an awesome next year. <333 (Clearly I'm late-ish today as well, ew.) And may it be full of wonderful things and pretty people to ogle at. And if any of you wants to throw a prompt my way I'll see to it, some time in the next idk how many weeks. ;)
2. Uhm, so. This is all over my fl so sorry but I kinda have to jump on the bandwagon. So it's widely known that babies/children under the age of ten aren't exactly my thingunless they're die-hard Springsteen fans hanging on a hotel's window. Still. I can't stop making 'AWWWWWWWWWWWWW' noises at what's under the cut.

I'm dying of the cute. DYING OF THE CUTE. This is so adorable I can't even compute. He just looks so happy and the baby is totally lovely and considering who are his parents he'll totally grow up to be awesomesauce. (Also he shares a birthday with Bruce Springsteen so that should totally grant more bonus points of awesomeness if there weren't enough to start with.)And oh dear I can't get over the fact that he named the baby after an ancient Greek philosopher. Misha, if you wanted the philosophy student part of me to find a reason to like you more than I already did, you provided it. NO BUT SERIOUSLY I'm still making heart-shaped eyes at it and I've seen it first like twelve hours ago. What. <3333333 *draws hearts* Also I love that apparently parenthood hasn't made Misha any saner, considering the content of the tweet attached to that picture, but complaining? Totally not me.
Jesus, I shouldn't feel so happy for someone I don't even know but I kinda am. <3333
3. In other news, I've been to the cinema twice in a week. Both films were Italian. Neither was bad. Actually, they were both pretty good. I think that it's a sign that the whole 2012 apocalypse thing might happen after all. (Also along with some stuff I'm thinking about politics. Mostly because if you told me two years ago I'd have had a couple of opinions I'm having lately, I'd have punched you.)
4. Someone please tell me how I'm supposed to guess my graduation mark. Because one of the forms I need to fill requires that information. *grabs for sharp object to commit harakiri with*
5. Next post will probably be the picture meme, since I managed to grab all the missing ones with my cellphone. But it'd be huge so I'm spamming you next time. Also the only thing I'm looking forward in the next three days is the Grinderman concert, even if I'm still in dire need of a boost of confidence re driving there and actually driving back. *sigh* At times I wish I had a driving instructor who actually taught me how to enjoy it instead of being an ass half of the time and a jerk the other half.
6. Ookay, be right back answering comments and seeing if I can accomplish something in the half of an hour I have left before my brain gives up on doing anything. I feel like the only two relevant points in this entry are 1 and 2, but whatever. XD

OH and your gift is up next on my to do list for my flist gift meme :D I was trying to remember - had I talked to you about schmoopy endgame happiness with Dean/Cas + Sam/Sarah sharing a big house somewhere? I would love to write some sort of drabble-y thing for someone about that, but I wanted to make sure that was appealing first and not just like "GAH, HALP, DROWNING IN FLUFF" ;) So yeah, I can down the fluff-o-meter down if necessary :p

Date: 2010-10-06 02:41 pm (UTC)Lol! I think I have a film academic friend who would politely disagree with you, though granted all her favourite Italian movies are from like, 30+ years ago. ;P And the only ones I ever remember off the top of my head are The Bicycle Thief and that really, really, really gross one about facism that got banned everywhere under the sun.
And word on the political thing -- we're about to have an election where I live, and I'm starting to seriously consider voting for the incumbent, which if you'd asked me even months ago I would have sworn I never would. ;D

Date: 2010-10-06 11:03 pm (UTC)And it looks like the kid has his hair! (Am I the only person who looked at that little one and thought 'heck, that's a lot of hair.'. I was practically bald until I was a year old!)
So glad I deferred my uni entry until next year. That hassle doesn't sound fun at all.
