2. CASTIEL. OH MY GOD CASTIEL. YOU. YOU TRAGIC PERSON - FUCK I haven't felt for a tv character like this in ages. His face when he went back to Heaven. HIS FACE WHEN HE TOLD THE OTHER ANGELS THEY HAD FREE WILL AND HE WASN'T GOING TO LEAD THEM AND THEN ---- RAPHAEL FUCK YOU SO MUCH. HE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO. ;__________;
3. Also lol did they use silent movies because you don't have to pay for the rights, at the beginning? Okay, on to more interesting things. Like.
4. BEN EDLUND YOU'RE A GENIUS. THE STRUCTURE OF THIS EP - GOD I LOVED THAT IT WAS CAS TALKING TO THE AUDIENCE, AT LEAST WE GOT IT FROM HIS SIDE.
And well - I mean - okay he's doing some seriously stupid shit but HE'S DOING IT FOR A GOOD STUPID REASON ;_________; ALSO HE'S ---- HE NEVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT BETRAYING DEAN/SAM/BOBBY ONCE. 5. Also aha, now Cas has brought both Winchesters out of Hell? Nice record. xD though this is going to cause so much wank, that he brought Sam back soulless. Between all my ;___; I didn't get if he brought Sam out because of Crowley or if he did it before - I think he did? In that case I guess he brought him back soulless because he couldn't put up a wall or anything, or I'm missing something?

SAY THAT IT'S NOT DEVOTION ;___________; OH CAS. ALSO DEAN SPENT HALF OF AN EPISODE NOT BELIEVING SAM AND BOBBY AND JUST STICKING FOR CAS. I JUST WISH HE HAD SAID ALL THAT NICE THINGS ABOUT CAS SACRIFICING HIMSELF FOR THEM ALL OVER BEFORE EPISODE 20 BUT DEEAAAAN. ALSO 'YOU WERE LIKE A BROTHER TO ME' *CRIES* SHOW WHY DO YOU HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THESE THINGS JUST IN THE EPISODE WHERE THEY TRAP HIM INTO A RING OF FIRE.

CASTIEL PERCHED ON DEAN'S BED. EVEN AFTER THE RING OF FIRE. AND THE WAY THEY LOOKED AT EACH OTHER.

Also when Cas stormed down and saved them and they had that conversation and it was clear that they were all lying but there was Cas half smiling at Dean and being like it's me I just - BEN EDLUND THANKS FOR TAKING MY HEART AND CRUSHING IT WHILE I WANTED TO CRAWL AROUND IN JOY. ;___;
7. Cas getting trapped in a ring of fire might have been the most painful thing I've seen in this show or closed to it. Still. HE STILL WARNED CROWLEY OFF EVEN AFTER THAT. CAS YOU LOVE THEM SO MUCH IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY - YOU DON'T DESERVE ANY OF THIS CRAP.
8. Also ooh Crowley I'll never not like you. Even if I loathe torture and I loathe that you appeared just when Cas was about to talk to Dean ;____; Also I like that Cas doesn't let Crowley have the best of him and that they're on even footing.
9. Seeing that scene in Heaven pretty much made Cas killing Rachel in 6x18 painful, in retrospective. But. I mean she was all happy when he was back and he was too and he had to kill her - SHOW CAN YOU MAKE ME FEEL MORE SAD FOR SOMEONE I DON'T EVEN KNOW.
10. I think I just can't get over how good Misha is. The Heaven scenes were just - he looked SO FREAKING HAPPY TO BE THERE AGAIN AT THE BEGINNING. AND NOW IT'S A BATTLEFIELD AND HE DOESN'T EVEN WANT TO GO TO WAR AND HE STILL DOES IT BECAUSE THEN AGAIN WHAT THE HECK DID HE FALL FOR IN S4/S5 (AND ALSO BECAUSE HE LOVES HIS WINCHESTERS, DON'T TELL ME OTHERWISE) AND WHEN RAPHAEL SLAMMED HIM BACK TO THAT GUY'S HEAVEN AND THERE WAS BLOOD ON HIS FACE - OH CASTIEL. ;_____________; YOU'RE TRAGIC ENOUGH FOR HONORARY WINCHESTER CLUB MEMBERSHIP.
(look at how coherent I am here. Yeaaaaah.)
11. I just can't also get over how Dean + Sam = his constant. Even if he's doing crappy things he still never put them in danger once. And by saving them he pretty much fucked himself because that's when they understood that he was lying but ------ CASTIEEEEL. He loves them so much. He just had very bad ideas about how to deal with them. ;__;

Also Dean, darling, you say now that he should have talked to you, but considering how you two interacted this season and you calling just for Sam-related matters, and considering that you're talking with a socially/emotionally stunted ANGEL (and you should be happy enough that he DOES have a sense of wrong/right still), you can't exactly blame him for not being all sharing and caring. STILL DAMMIT PLEASE YOU TWO, KISS AND MAKE UP OR JUST MAKE UP IDEK YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR FOR THIS TO BREAK YOU. ;___;

14. Misha, you're so good I can't even start to list all the ways. His voice. The way he acts. THE WAY HE LOOKS AT PEOPLE. THE WAY HE GOES FROM BAMF TO TOTALLY HURT FACE. MISHA YOU'RE GOOD. PLEASE STICK AROUND. AND CAS DO SOMETHING SELFLESS (for the umpteenth time) SO THAT ALL CAN BE RIGHT WITHIN THE WORLD AGAIN. PROBABLY. YEAH.
15. Jesus this has to be the more incoherent review I ever done for a SPN episode and it's taking me more time to write it than it took to watch the entire thing. BUT I HAVE FEELINGS. AS MANY AS I HAD WITH THE RAPTURE, OR CLOSE TO IT. (Then again I had had time to think that episode through before reviewing back then, right now I'm mostly an incoherent mess.)

In conclusion: show I love you, Ben Edlund I love you but please fix this, Cas I love you but fix yourself and stop doing stupid things, Dean congratulations on saying everything too late and just when you're in a situation where you have to but I still love you and please forgive the poor angel, he did it all for you, Sam I do get your point so I can't be angry with you because everyone has a point in here I guess (yay for grey zone!) and Crowley I still like you. As a villain.
17. Also random, but for Italian people, doesn't the entrance to Hell look like it was just out of Dylan Dog in the glorious times where they actually showed you Hell? If anyone around here reads it, 'course.
