1. So. Last month my teeth start hurting and I get headaches. I figure it's wisdom teeth and don't go to the dentist's because I had exams. Today I finally managed to go to the dentist's. It was a cavity. Pretty freaking deep. I think he had to yank half of the tooth off though I couldn't swear on that. Note to self: next time, fuck exams and just go. I don't even want to know what he did specifically. Anyway, obviously it means that yesterday I was too out of it to answer comments or anything, so I guess I'll catch up at some point soon. But ouch seriously. At least I don't have a dentist phobia or it'd have been a problem.

3. Books-wise, I started A Dance with Dragons but since I had teeth related headaches I didn't last until page 100 at the first round. I think I'll take it slow or as slow as I can, I don't want to just be DONE and not have any more for the next six years.who am I kidding I also read the last Stephen King one since finally it was out on paperback (confirms my theory that he should do more not-supernatural stuff) and Josh Ritter's first novel (which was lovely but could have been longer). Now I'm also bringing around Year of the Flood because I can't go read ADWD while in line at the post office and it was high time I read that one.
4. TV-wise, I need to catch up with the last two Leverage eps. On the other side, I've been watching Sirens and it's awesome. It makes me ridiculously happy. And Richard Madden is delicious. I'm terribly sad that Brit shows only have six episodes for season though. I don't want it going away in just another two episodes. :(
5. I think it's high time I go through Bon Jovi pics, now that I fixed the problems at point one. Wait for the longest concert review ever or close to that. And now I shall be catching up with comments and edit stuff. And possibly write some of the D/C bigbang fic, if I get around to it.

1. Paris: probably very not original, but that city is my favorite place ever. End of story. I love everything about it. I love the architecture, I love the atmosphere, I love most of the food, I love that they have a cinema at every corner and they have retrospectives all the time. Oh, also, you find everywhere places where they don't dub. I love the language, I love everything about it, and the weather isn't too bad in comparison to what I'm adjusted. If I could just buy myself a tiny apartment under a roof in that city I'd be set for life.
2. Turin: probably my favorite Italian city that isn't Rome? Might be that it has the Paris-like architecture at least in the center, but I don't know why some people here say that it's ugly. I love it. And it has the best record stores in this entire country. If I had to switch Rome with another Italian city I'd so go there.
3. Campo dei fiori: or, my favorite place in Rome. I'd live there if I could and if it wasn't full of drunk people on each given weekend evening, but I just love it. It has some seriously nice shops/places to eat (not to mention the nicest bookshop I know) and I could sit around there forever if it was possible.
4. New Jersey: okay, well, I've never been to the US but the day I go, the first stupid state I'm setting foot in is NJ. Cue most US people from the f-list thinking that my priorities are screwed up, but dammit, I grew up on Bon Jovi, Springsteen and a bunch of other people who for some reason ALL CAME FROM NJ and most stuff I heard obsessively was pretty much about NJ, I need to see the place while I live. I don't even care that there's probably not much to see either - just setting foot in Atlantic City would have me like this >> *____________*. Yeah well. Then I'd also go somewhere else, don't worry. XD
5. Berlin: probably my second-favorite European city after Paris? I think very much so. I've been there just twice, but if there's something I like about it it's that it -changes-. When I went the second time it was different from the first because they had finished building things that weren't even there the first time (and in my country it takes people forty years to finish a highway, these things make me feel dumbstruck!) and if you see footage of how it was before the wall fell it's even more obvious. But it's so well kept, and has amazing museums and places to visit, and I really wouldn't mind living there for some time.
6. Edinburgh: I had such a great time there last year! And I really loved what I've seen of it. I thought it was a lovely town in every sense, excluding maybe the underground bit of it. That one was awesome (and sorta slightly creepy), but lovely wouldn't be the word for it. Also, I think I could live there two weeks without starving or without eating un-eatable things while not cooking myself, while I'm not sure I could say the same for London (last time I was there was a long time ago, sure, but I've never eaten worse in my entire life. Sorry, the city was beautiful, but the food wasn't my thing).
