Okay, this should be a lot more long and detailed but since I need to leave for the grandmother's place in Sicily tomorrow and I still haven't finished re-packing I'm afraid that the whole experience recap with pictures will have to wait until I can actually stand in front of a screen for two hours and write everything. Which isn't going to happen now, I'm afraid. Anyway, apart from Ryanair being the worst company someone could fly with (both flights ran late, and since the second one was at 6 AM and I hadn't slept at all since waking up at 8.30 the day before you'll imagine how happy I was about that.. XD), it was just so great! Edinburgh is such a beautiful city, and the company was uttermost awesome. ;) ♥ Really, why can't we all live in fangirland? Anyway, wait for a bunch of Jacob stuff to appear on your FL shortly. Of actually scary proportions, I might add, but whatever. ;)

Okay, now, I should be packing. And posting my castielfest fic #1 before I leave tomorrow so I'm cool with that and I can post the second whenever. And try to understand why in the netbook I apparently got for my birthday it won't accept the code for using Word. (PS: Windows 7 Starter is crap. Just because it made me lose one hour which I could have used for more important purposes. And it doesn't let you change your desktop unless you cheat, but I cheated.)

So, that's it for now, I'll try to go gain back my regular sleeping pattern, I'll see you all tomorrow evening when I hack the internet from my other grandparents' which I'll stay at for one day before getting stuck with internet points until mid-month. *waves* If I end up posting random fic it'll mean I managed to finish all on time tomorrow morning.

1. Hiii. _izu_ and marlonob left this morning. :( It was awesome to have them here. Argh, whyy is it that your friends live like half the country away? <33 anyway, sorry for being kind of MIA but I should be more around now. If only because I have exams soon and good luck to me there.

2. Christmas cards arrived!! I've already thanked some of you on Twitter but since we're here, thanks so much to hopelessfangirl (your card was AWESOME and totally trufax <33), wandersfound (and you already knew but THAT DRABBLE IS AMAZING <33), blackonice (THANK YOU!! And the sugar-y drabble was just perfect, I loved it), darknumb (thanks again, I fell off the chair when I opened that card XDD) and eponine119 (the card was great, and I loved the holiday story <3333)!

3. I have an idiotic cold. If my nose manages to breathe I cough, if I don't cough I can't breathe through my nose. I hope the meds I took work fast because it's driving me crazy, ugh.

4. New TV arriving soon! I'm sososo excited for Chuck which will also gift me with two hours of awesomeness on the 11th after my first exam. And for SPN and the vamp porn! Also, Gina Torres is starting on the first vamp porn ep after the hiatus so YAY!!! That thing gives me satisfaction, lol. And I started checking out Deadwood because since I had a bookstore coupon for Christmas I went for the one which sells dvds and I got myself S2 too plus the entire Monty Python's Flying Circus so I figured I'd start it. I've only watched the pilot but for now I LOVE it. Westerns + lack of civilization + great acting + awesome characters = me liking a LOT. Also, yay for Jim Beaver being a regular, lol.

5. Separate TV point: while I do indeed hope that Lost S6 is nothing like S5 (in hindsight, er, S5 really didn't cut the deal for me) and even if I sort of don't want Feb. 2 to arrive because it means that it's really ending and ugh, I don't think I'm ready to give that show up yet, while I completely cut spoilers since the Comicon stuff, my interest is kind of perked up. Mainly because of this not really original Last Supper-like shot which I happen to find pretty interesting. Right, the idea is TOTALLY NOT original at all, but I really like the composition and stuff even if it kind of confirms the only theory I hoped wasn't being confirmed. *headdesk* ( cut just in case ) Even though no, I also have to say that the Dharma cans are made of awesome.

6. Also, I went to see Up again at the movies (hey, the friends hadn't seen it and I had only watched it on a crappy laptop so why not? XD) and thankfully I didn't cry again. I think that the kid in front of me (whose parents were totally into the movie while she was not) would have killed me if I had started bawling like the first time. And I also re-watched A Hard Day's Night which is still so awesome I can't even say. Paul's grandfather = ♥.

7. Random: I want to go see Looking For Eric. I will probably end up going the day after tomorrow even if I should study, but the temptation is there and I'm not sure how long is the not dubbed version going to stay around. :/

8. And since I should reply to some e-mails and then go to bed and maybe watch some more Deadwood or more wisely going to sleep since I'll need to study a lot tomorrow morning, I'll leave you with Bob Dylan made in Eddie Vedder, and since it's a new decade..
